Utility Allowance Chart

The utility allowance chart is reviewed annually and changed if needed around July 1st of each year. The following allowances were developed in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations 24 CFR 982.517 and have been submitted to the local office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as required. For information on
