Starting 1/1/2027 the new National Standards for Physical Inspections of Real Estate (NSPIRE) will be in effect and enforced by the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside. These new standards apply to all inspections conducted by the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside or our contracted inspectors.
