PUBLIC NOTICE RFP #2025-001 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM PROJECT-BASED VOUCHERS
The Housing Authority of the County of Riverside (HACR), is seeking to solicit proposals to award up to 250 Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs), on or about May 27, 2025, in order to promote affordable housing opportunities for Housing Choice Voucher Program eligible residents in the County of Riverside. The initial term of the proposed contract is 20 years. The regulations require the HACR to offer the PBVs via a public and competitive solicitation. Complete details, qualificatio,2025n and submission requirements can be found in the RFP.
